With the dawn of the new month, our Italian colleagues are back at the factory and offices, fully refreshed and ready to take any technical enquiries we throw at them.

For the UK office, this marks a busy time where we are just starting to shift the items which were ordered during the summer shutdown out of Italy. Thankfully, due to some dedicated people, none moreso than our logistics and export department, there has been a smooth transition and we are back at full productivity.

Despatch times have been relatively unaffected by the backlog of orders, which is a pleasant surprise to those of us in the UK who were expecting extended delays as the backlog was processed.

This has been the first time the UK office has experienced the summer holiday and in some cases, we weren't sure what to expect, but all in all it has been a very good transition and a successful period.
