Our Type FM mechanical diaphragm metering pumps are recommended for use where a high pressure is not required, the liquid to be dosed has small suspended solids or where a piston lackage is not acceptable.

The gearbox is a regular wormwheel reduction system coupled with a vertical mounted B-14 shaped motor, in accordance with the regulatory standards set by UNEL-MEC.

The stroke length can either be manually adjusted, adjusted via a special SERVO control (4-20mA) or adjusted pneumatically. In any case it will be adjusted by an eccentric.

The pump body is in a plastic material as the pump is designed for economic practicality and small capacity ranges.
